Virgin Media is a pathetic excuse for a company. Would give zero stars if possible.
I had a terrible experience with Virgin media before, but it was the only broadband available in my area so I begrudgingly entered into a 12-month contract with them.
Less than 2 weeks into the contract the service was down for over 48 hours, as I work from home and couldn't be without internet for 2 days I had to pay extra for data on my mobile phone.
Their supposedly amazing fibre internet doesn't work on the bedroom 10 feet away from the router.
Their customer service goes from bad to downright rude.
I'm now having to leave my place due to an issue with a neighbour where I'm not feeling safe in my flat so tried to transfer the service to my new address, however, their service is not available at the new flat (only 5 min walk from my current one) and when trying to find out what to do the 2 people I've spoken on the phone were incredibly unhelpful and rude so now in addition to the stress of moving I'll be £150 short because virgin media doest cover my new area, they didn't even try to pretend they cared, worst customer service i've ever experienced.
