I have recently changed from virgin to another supplier.. I informed Virgin giving them thirty days. I Paid January 2020 bill on time. (I was with virgin until 1st Feb 2020) then I received a February bill for the whole month of £90.84p. I wrote off to them via recorded delivery and a couple of weeks later I received an revised bill stating that I'm £90.00 in credit but owe 0.84p??? to be paid by 24th Feb. not only the amount owed was bad enough (cost them more to send it to me?) it was in big in red font???? and the a back of the bill stated payment of £0.084p is due now even though there is a couple of weeks for the paid due date and should I miss this payment they will take action??? went to the paypoint as I would normally pay the bill. couldn't pay it that way as the minimum paypoint would except is £2.00. since I owe virgin only a few pence (and obviously they are desperate for the this fund to go through even though Richard Branson is a multi billionaire) I declined to pay via this method. I called virgin up costing me more then the bill in pence owed and made the payment in pence owed. yes it is a generic letter sent via the system but it is still programmed by a human hand and could've been stopped by a human hand as well. I'm just flabbergasted that they sent a bill in big red font like a demand with though I was still in time for the payment and then to take action over it if I missed the payment??? is beyond stupidity!!! disgusted. I really hope Richard Branson spend my 0.84p received wisely????
