The service was Ok however when I tried to terminate my service because I'm leaving my apartment, I discovered that there was no email to send to. I contacted their WhatsApp group and online chat but the only reply I got was call 1908 to cancel.
I called 1908 several times, each for almost 40mins and no one is answering. Their voice message stated that I can leave my number and when my turn comes, they will be automatically calling me back, which didn't happen.
Now, it ends up like this; a frustrating customer who wants to terminate the service and no one is helping. I can't just communicate the message that I want to terminate and no one from the online chat wants to pass this internally to the sales team.
The last resort was to cancel my direct debit to them. It's apparently the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!
