The price for this intermittent broadband connection is a joke. The only constant from Virgin broadband is my devices letting me know my broadband connection is unstable, too slow to continue streaming or not connected.
When I call to complain the automated system checks my connected then tells me to stay on the line to speak to customer service/ technical team. When I get through Im told there isn't a fault with their service but there is a fault with ALL my devices.
To remedy MY problem I need to contact the manufacturer of my Smart TVs, Lap tops, desktop and tablets or use an ethernet cable.
I have waited over a week to received a call back (within half an hour) from a supervisor, something tells me this is going to be like the last 9-10 times of waiting so im not going to hold my breath.
Today I received a free ethernet cable from Virgin reminding me of the technical advice given. Yes that's right to connect all of my devices to the router. Who needs WIFI when you can have wires trailing up and down stairs?
The only constant of Virgin Media is the direct debit payment they take monthly without fail. There are many complaint about Virgin Media service yet Virgin continue trade without being looked into.
