Moved home during lockdown. VM not available in new house. Tried for 2.5 weeks to get a hold of someone. Finally got through to them over webchat. Cancelled contract was told all invoices were settled and I would not have to pay a cancellation fee. Now 3 months later an unpaid VM bill has shown up on my credit. Never received a bill to my new address and they did have this on file.
Once again trying to get in touch.. been on hold for 1.5 hours twice this week. Just got disconnected again.
Will not be using VM again. Will also move my mobile contract away from VM, but I guess I will have to take a week off work to arrange this.
