Terrible terrible experience!! I ordered a product online on the 16th of December as a Christmas present with delivery being 4-7 days.
I phoned them in the 28th December requesting an update on my delivery. I got told the warehouse lost my package and the will send me a new one immediately. I didn't receive any emails concerning this so today the 3/01/23 I phoned them again and they said it hasn't been dispatched yet so I asked them to email me this. An hour after phoning them they email me with a refund!?!?
So i still don't have my product for my elderly parents as their Christmas present! This is disgraceful!
