Shame really as I am a weekly customer. Bought in error sugarless beans a pack of three and took them back with the receipt in perfect condition along with one other food product. They refused the return/exchange. The manager who seems quite unfriendly( i know they are busy) each time I go in.said....we can't exchange food items, look on the website! I've never heard of this! Possibly the only company I've used that says this! It's true it's on THEIR website. She said...we can only exchange before you leave the store.. So normally I pack my shopping in store and unpack at home . Is that not normal?
