Visit the Shrewsbury Harlescott store quite regularly for occasional bits. Nearly every single time I visit I am not spoken to at the till, never get even a 'hello'. Usually I have to wait for the member of staff to finish their conversation with either a friend in the store or a colleague before they scan my items despite there being no-one else in the queue, and reluctantly as it's made clear the conversation is far more interesting than doing their job. My items are then cast to the end of the packing area, a hand held out for payment and usually not a thank you afterwards.
I work in customer service, if I acted like this even for one shift, I would lose my job. Disgusting 'service'.
