Security staff shouted at children who wereVIOLENTLY set upon by an adult male on Christmas eve-they were all under 8 and were kicked, punched and spat at in front of numerous B&M staff. B&M security stood and watched, some laughed -security shouted at the public who were terrified. Public treated with absolute contempt from security staff all the way up to management. Disgraceful.
