Have been dealing with Sam, what a lovely and polite man. I was a bit reserved at forst as I don't normally deal with callers (i had completed a quote online and then got the dreaded call! However, Sam rang when he said he would, he talked us through everything, was very patient with us and we were happy to agree to him setting our policy up. What the aftercare will be I don't know, but so far very impressed.
