Ordered lots of clothes, multiple packages to try on in January didn’t like most of them so sent them back had nothing but trouble with refunding. The packages that did get refunded we’re missing items so I suggest if you ever return check they’ve refunded for all items sent back and for the other parcels returned I’ve been waiting almost a month. I’ve messaged them and they say I have to wait 29days.... why? They’re quick enough to take your money but not quick enough returning it also recently ordered a pillow case next day delivery and it arrived 4 days later just as well I wasn’t in a hurry for it.
