I typically am adamant about reading the reviews before I purchase anything online but this one time I did not and regret every minute of this purchase. Customer service is horrible and the delivery process is even worse. This company basically uses the cheapest option offered to them and the customer ends up screwed in the end. I ordered a dress two weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. I have called FedEx several times because my delivery date keeps getting pushed back just to be told that its because of the company chose the cheaper option that allows them to do this. So now my package was dropped off at USPS for delivery...I won't even need the dress by the time its delivered. I was so excited and now I'm definitely bummed...waste of time and money. If you're thinking about ordering from this company, save yourself the trouble and just don't do it.
