Really it's zero stars! There's nothing good about Boohoo. Their customer service is atrocious. I emailed about an issue with return. They wanted me to pay for even though I signed up for premium delivery service which offers free returns, and I emailed over ten times to try an get a new label or some sort of help, and every response I got was different from the last one. At one point I was told if I waited for ten days the label would expire and I could get a new one. . . The next response, when that didn't work, just told me they could do nothing and use the label I had. They were very unhelpful and almost rude in the emails. To be honest, the products are not good value or quality. I will never be ordering from them again.
