I have been in contact with the customer service for
MONTHS! I was first told I was going to get a refund on an item that was faulty, the fabric was looking really bad. However, I never received the money. It was through Klarna which feel safe, and they can back it up to. Boohoo claim that they had sent it but Klarna customer service can't see it and I have not gotten it. Klarna asked me to contact customer service again and now I am in a loop… they do not want to pay me back my money even though they sent me an item that was broken… every time they tell me the same story without even looking at my actual request. After a loooong conversation back and forth they sent my request to a "special unit" but did I hear back? NO! I have never been treated so bad by a company and would never order from them again and please don't! If the item is faulty they won't make a refund. The most annoying part is that they have waited out this for months and have now said that because the order was made 6 months ago they cannot give me a refund as they cannot process the Klarna order. But when talking to customer service at Klarna they said it is just one button, easy and simple… unbelievable!
