As I first time customer I ordered items for next day delivery and paid to be a premier customer. 8 days later I still haven't received my delivery! I chased the courier but was unable to talk to someone so contacted boohoo via email. I was told to give them 24-48 hours to investigate. 5 days later no one has replied to my emails!! I started a chat 4 days later to be told that my delay was a 'slight' delay and that it is written in their terms and conditions that they are not responsible if deliveries are delayed or not received. I've been told to wait another week!! So much for customer service. I'm absolutely furious that boohoo customer service is so terrible
