Their "customer service" team is so rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help let alone do their job. I returned my item on 11/30/15 and so I emailed them what is taking so long. Also included in that email was my tracking number, which with simple copy and pasting abilities will show that my package was delivered to the return address well over a month ago. They kept insisting on a "proof of purchase" but as everyone knows how can you even ship an item and track that items activity without the appropriate postage. Therefore giving them the tracking number and a picture of my package should be proof enough. But not the case at all they were just rude lazy employees who would just copy and pasted automatic replies simply ignoring all of my questions. All in all STAY AWAY!! They will practically find ways to steal your money. And BooHoo dont bother leaving a comment back giving any excuses why this happened just to save face.
