This online store has the worst Customer service I ever experienced. I ordered a gift (holidays weather) for my niece before Christmas and it arrived three weeks later. My niece never got to wear it because the arrival time was too late. I've asked several times for a refund during the month of Dec. and then when I received the item shipped it back and now they claim the item has not arrived back to them. Now, we're in January 2016 still no refund. I believe they will keep my money after reading all the ratings.
The representative online on the Twitter (online app help) was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will never order from this company again or refer friends or family. I'm a disabled person, living on a fixed income it makes me so upset that they are companies out there like this stealing money from their customers. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and keeping their customers happy. Which is essential to keeping your customers coming back in addition to having a successful company!! In due time, these poor ratings will keep customers away! We all need to report this company to the better business bureau as soon as possible!! Everyone stay away!
