Avoid at all costs I would include a photo but I never received the items.... So, well over a week ago I placed an order which I paid next day delivery for as needed the garments sooner rather than later. (Too late now by the way) On complaining due to the delay of delivery I was given a refund. But no explanation. I've yet to receive the parcel, but with no contact following the refund email I get an email this evening saying we have processed your refund! Which is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable as I have never even received the items!!! No explanation, no apology. If this is the standard of customer service and experience you can expect from boohoo, I'm seriously surprised that you as a company are actually still in business. A total let down and utter disappointed
