I placed my order on 08.03.16 to be received on the 09.03.16, I still have no parcel or no answer on where my order is currently to! I have gone through Hermes to see if they can help and all i get from them is 'You need to go through the company not us'
I have emailed boohoo and it just states within 24hours reply!!
I feel this is outrageous and i am not happy with the service! i have never had this problem before!! I use boohoo alot and it is making me think twice about using them again.
