Ordered 12 dresses and only 7 turned up. Said they checked their cameras and all dresses were packed and any future missing claims by me will be investigated for fraud!!! They're the ones that need investigating they're LYING!!!! seems to be a recurring theme with them these days as its happening to a lot of people. Taking this to trading standards I won't let this drop! Customer service horrendous!!! Been using this company for years but lately I don't know what the hell has been going on. Scam. Don't use! Liars! Beware
