I've been having the worst experience with Boohoo, and it's been over 2 months long of not receiving the items I order or a refund. I've emailed them several times for weeks on end. Yet, they never took ownership of labeling my address incorrectly on my package, which eventually got lost in the mail. The package was later mailed back to Boohoo, but guess what? They NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! I am so disappointed with Boohoo service since they refuse to take responsibility for this situation. There was no one to talk to on the phone and they took days to respond to emails. I will NEVER recommend this clothing service, nor would I order from them again. I have never dealt with something like this from an online supplier, and this will be my last experience with such a poorly organized company. They don't care about their customers satisfaction.
