It's impossible to contact anyone and the next day delivery that I paid for is wasted as my day waiting for it. Hermes website shows that it has been attempted to deliver but as I mentioned I was home all day. No contact card or a slip or anything that would prove or let me respond is left. Never buying anything here ever again. I would give one stars whatsover but this website is too nice.
