Shopped boohoo.com despite poor reviews on customer service and shipping. I paid $15 for expedited shipping, the items were not delivered by the promised date, boohoo did refund me the shipping and said the items would be there in a few days "fingers crossed". I followed up with them once the new delivery date (based on the tracking number) passed to say how disappointed I was and that I ordered those items for a specific event. The customer service agent said they had a delay with their courier and they had no further info, she also wrote I am sorry that you feel this way. Which is confusing, and almost laughable. You're sorry I feel what wAy ? I am disappointed in your customer service, your desire to rectify a problem and your ability to connect with a new customer.
I will not shop with boohoo again.
