I ordered on Friday for Next Day Delivery before 10pm and after waiting in all day, my delivery didn't come. After being in contact with the company, I was assured it would be delivered today (Monday). It is now 9pm on Monday evening, I have waited all day for this delivery and still no sign. Another day wasted and still no delivery, I am furious! Having used Boohoo many times in the past, I was hopeful for good service as previously experienced and I have been let down. I will not be purchasing from Boohoo in the future and hope to get a refund for my delivery charge at minimum!
