2 items in basket, sent me email reminding me they were in my basket so I ordered them. They didn't send confirmation or desperate emails. Items arrived but didn't fit. When trying to return I couldn't due to having no order number as they sent no confirmation email. Emailed them explaining and asking for help they emailed me back saying the reason was due to me not inputting my email address correctly which was obviously untrue due to them sending me an email to remind me I had the said items in my basket and the fact their website won't let you go any further if you enter your email address incorrectly. At this point I knew they were using delay tactics so I wouldn't be able to send back with in the 28 day time limit! But they sent me an order number which was the same as the customer number on the royal mail label on front of package that I'd already tried before contacting them but I tried again and surprise it didn't work! So I contacted them again explaining. They then asked me to try clearing my cookie, use different browser( Firefox, internet explorer,chrom), use different device( a non IOS device), try our website. I'd already tried all the above first time round so new it wouldn't work! After this and now reading the reviews I know they are wasting my time and from the start they had no intention of letting me return the items! I'm going to carry on trying but I don't hold any hope and if I do eventually manage to return items I don't hold any hope of getting a refund according to the reviews I've now read!! Sooooo please if you are reading these reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOHOO unless you know you won't be returning anything you are ordering! Because even if you are able to return your order there is no guarantee you will get a refund which I've learnt after reading reviews! Wish I'd read reviews before ordering! I'm absolutely frustrated and discussed with Boohoo!! How have they been getting away with this for so long! Everything about Boohoo practice's are fraudulent plain and simple!!
