Disgusting company. I ordered some items and returned 4 of them. They confirmed receipt of 2 and refunded these only!! I have challenged them and they are now reviewing CCTV footage (because I have nothing better to do than lie). I know they will try to weasel out of it and so I have asked them to send me a pic of the package they recieved back to confirm it wasn’t tampered with or didn’t split. I have had experience from two years ago where the cctv claimed I was lying (I wasn’t) and so now I want my refund or photographic evidence if they challenge me or claim I’m lying! I don’t no why I didn’t learn my lesson last time. I was going to keep some other items from a more recent order, but I’m sending it back as I don’t want any of their rubbish in my house!
