Wanted to return unwanted item because i was house bound with operation Spoke to customer advisor for alternative to return item because I don't have a printer. I was digustingly rude claimed he was a manager. Wouldnt let me pt a complaint in. Senior manager rung me he also extremely rude. Seems like they've not been tained or they've been traind to talk over customers or terminate the calls. Felt like i was talking to someone who worked for shabby company Boohoo really need to sort out there customer service advisors. Theh dont even desereve 1 star
