My Question =4. Delivery query
Dear Boohoo,
As a first time customer of this site, i must say that i am very disappointed and displeased with the service that i have received thus far. I placed an order for 12 pieces of items amounting to USD $137.19 on the 28th of November, 2016. tracking my order from the royal mail site, it said that the items left the royal post office on the 5th of December, 2016 and was handed over to the international mail service. i know it would take about 14 business days for my items to arrive in the United States of america at this address ( 4411 NW 74th Avenue, Miami FL 33166 United States) TODAY IS NOW THE 20th of December and i am yet to receive my items or even hear anything from this site. i am so very disappointed, for i was hoping to have already gotten my items before Christmas. Please i would really appreciate some assistance regarding my matter.
