I bought a pair of boots last autumn for next day delivery, to wear the next day. The courier's website showed they'd been delivered and signed for by me, but I didn't receive them and neither did any of my neightbours. The boots were finally delivered a day late. I contacted boohoo.com to explain that my next day delivery had been late. I received a reply which showed they hadn't read my complaint, so I contacted them again. I received no reply. I put a review on Trustpilot last week and received a response from boohoo.com, which showed they hadn't read my complaint.... This company is awful.
