I placed a order so my sister would receive the items on her birthday, one of the dresses was supposed to be worn on the day for nice meal out. When it arrived it was a size 12 in size 8 packaging, she was very upset as I, as I paid £4.99 for next day delivery for a reason! And i have now been wwiting 2 weeks for a refubd as they say they dont exchange..which is ludicrous. Terrible customer service, as they only DM on Twitter saying it's been refunded where is the solution! Where is my money?
