If I could give 0 stars I would! The returns policy is terrible, I have been waiting 18 days for confirmation that they have received my return - which they claim not have and as I don't have my receipt they cannot refund me I have been back and forward emailing them for 30quid if I was going to try to take the pi&@ I'm sure I wouldn't take this amount of time out of my day I am a busy mum of3 and can be a bit scatter brain when it comes to keeping receipts etc. I went to post office who advised they cannot print a copy of receipt but as boohoo provide a return label with a unique sending number on they should be able to do this boohoo have said they have done but it's not been delivered. Have never had bother with Royal Mail before. I think boohoo are at it!!! Will not use again! They must need my 30quid more than they think I do!
