I order 70 pounds worth of clothing on a Friday and paid for next day delivery...I got an email to say that it had been Dispatched And said it would definitely be here by Sunday. Well it's Wednesday and still haven't got anything, been left with the claims company waiting to hear where it is.
I have ordered from boohoo before and never had any problems, prices were good and the clothes fit nicely.
