I ordered an item I wanted to take on a holiday with me so paid for next day delivery. My address was not available for next day so I got it ordered to a locker in the area. 3 days later (after the weekend) I received a notification to say my parcel was delivered to a locker in a completely different location 40mins from my house. I called the courier company who said Boohoo had already told them there were a number of items misdelivered and to take it up with Boohoo. I contacted them online (as there is no contact number) and the next day was re-assured it was delivered at the correct locker. I checked the locker and it was not in fact there. Another day went past and I was told they were checking with claims. Yet another day went by and claims said they were looking into it. 48 hours went by and I didn't hear anything. By this point it was too late and I was already on holiday and no longer required the item.
I have now been told it will take them 14-15 days to get the item back to the warehouse and then another 4-5 days to issue a refund. What a joke.
