Victim to a scam! Dear customers, I truly hope that you have read the reviews of this company before making your purchases. This is the worst nightmare I have encountered and until now, I am experiencing heavy anxiety. It’s been 19 days since my package was supposed to be delivered on the 27th September to an address in the Netherlands. I can tell you that I have not received the package and the customer care team does nothing but claim to be investigating the issue. Well, they have stopped replying to my communication at this stage. I have since requested for a refund, to which I have not received any confirmations at all. I have spent 250 euro for purchases on items on their site and this was quite expensive for me considering I am still a student. Customers, please beware. Don’t get lured by this company by falling into their trap. I warn you. You are welcome.
