The best way to benefit as a student is via the UNiDAYS discount, currently 25% off exc sale items and as a premium customer I get free next day delivery. I always end up saving £££s. Apart from the excellent Style the returns is super easy. You log into your account and select the options for a refund, print off the label they issue you with and post it at the post office. The refund for me has always worked extremely easily. I've only ever had one problem with Boohoo, when I paid for next day delivery on a Friday and the item arrived on Monday. I didn't receive a refund and was told to wait by the customer service team who didn't help much. Other than that, I've always loved Boohoo and I am happy to give credit where it is due.
