After placing an order online using a discount code provided i ordered a cost in size L ( im am a uk 12-14) the size guide advises the coat is size 14-16, i received the coat on friday and it doesnt fit at all,far too small.my friend also received the same cost the same day in a M advised as 10-12 this fits perfectly,
i contacted Boohoo to advise and ask if i could exchange the coast as the offer for 30% off had now expired i was advised i couldn't and would have to return the coat and pay full price for the next size up, i found the staff to be very vacant and rude, i received one reply to my complaint at 4 am via facebook messaging, the fact the sizes are incorrect means their customers are now out of pocket, I regularly order form Boohoo minimum 2 orders a month for myself and children and have never had an issue, i also have the boohoo premier on the account,
i have found the customer service to be shocking and no help whatsoever, i find it appalling that they haven't even apologised or taken in to account how wrong their sizing is,
another cost arrived the next day, where the sleeves have been sewn shut and upon contacting them again advised it would need to be returned and any discount wouldnt apply on a new order?!?!
