Absolutely rubbish customer service! I spent over £300 with them in the last few days and one of the items weren't in stock despite it being shown in stock allowing me to make the purchase so they cancelled it. I wanted the item so was willing to comprising for the next size which was in stock, but given the error was Boohoo's they wouldn't honour the price of the order they cancelled even though it was their error and I just wanted the same item in an alternative size. I won't be shopping with these clowns again and the way I'm feeling right now might even send all the items back out of principle!
