firstly when my order for a black large top arrived it came with an invoice for a size 10 green dress for a woman who was obviously not me. After returning the top (and changing the invoice to my details) it took a month before I had to call them to find out why they had not refunded my money. The website says if you contact them, they will contact you back immediately. This reply is an automated reply to tell you the human will take another 48 hours. When I was contacted, I was asked to send my proof of postage via a photo, which I did. I was then informed that actually it was not the proof of posting at the post office I required but when the post office hand it over to the courier!!!! After explaining to the girl, that after I had proved the top had left my hands, and had been passed safely into the hands of the post office, my responsibility was over. I was the referred to the next department who took another 48 hours to respond. They off course said I would receive my refund in up to 7 working days. I have excluded Christmas and weekends from my calculations, and 11 working days have passed, and still no sign of a refund. This has taken 5 weeks in total, and is still not resolved. Be warned , this is quiet literally a shabby outfit
