This honestly had to be the worst shopping experience I've ever had. As a first time customer of boohoo to order something for next day delivery only for it not to turn up. Only after am I told if you want the courier to get out the van a ring the bell or actually deliver the parcel you need to leave extra instructions for him to do so. This I was told would take an extra 72 hours to pass on the instructions at which point I cancelled the order only to be told there's a 21 day refund process. I'm sure it only took seconds to take my money but 21 days to refund it? Maybe I just personally had a bad experience, however I would say be very very wary
