Now over 30 days later I have had to email boohoo (they dont have telephone lines and now I can understand why) to chase this. They are now telling me that despite them receiving this item in their warehouse I need to send the proof of posrage in order to get this refund. After numerous back and forths, they can no longer locaye the parcel so I have to prove this was sent. Makes no sense!!! They had confirned receipt so therefore if you have lost this from the point of receipt this is no longer my problem. This was over 30 days ago and I threw the recipt away shortly after they had confirmed they had received the item back!!!! So I have now lost £40!!!!!!!!! I can also now see that many other customers are having this same issue. If an item gets lost once you have received this how does the customer then become liable. Very baffling!!! I will never ever ever order from boohoo again and I will be getting my refund.
