Returned an item a second time after fitting was bad. There wasn’t an option to select as verbatim so used “didn't suit” as reason for return. CONNOR from customer service firmly declines a full refund. They returned funds for the item but not the delivery. Second time i had to chase after a purchase and this time round , it’s really getting frustrating. I though it was a simple returns process. I’ll be using ASOS next time and urge everyone else aswell if you want to avoid this grief.
