Ordered a number of items in early June. Received an email listing each item as dispatched. I have had experienced a pure frustration from my contact with customer services (they have a cheek to call it that) and I still haven't received my parcel and they still have my money. Don't order from boohoo. You cant ring them either it's all done by message and you get a different person each time, eg they respond to your message, you ask a follow up question and you get someone else who clearly don't read the message trail. Don't order from them, you will be sorry if you have a problem receiving your parcel.
