Delivery not received and the response from Boohoo says everything about the poor unreliable service they offer. It was returned to the depot, possibly due to a mix up. It has now gone back out. I understand this situation is less than ideal but there's no way for us to get this sped up as it is within the couriers network. We're not trying to blame the courier as we understand delays can happen and if there was a way for us to get this to you faster we would. I can assure you these kinds of delays are completely isolated and we will be looking into this, and I am really sorry about this happening but on this occasion we will need to allow longer for this to be delivered.
