I made an order on a Monday, paid for next day delivery. My order never turned up. I spoke to Boohoo who assured me the order would be with by the Wednesday. By Thursday my order still hadn't turned up. They told me to give it until the 2nd of November (11 days from when I placed the order). I then asked for a refund instead which they told me no I still had to wait till the 2nd of November.
I can't believe a company would be so quick to take your money and then not value your custom. Refused a refund and no replacement order. This is not the first time I have had delivery problems with Boohoo
