Very disappointed as Boohoo never enclosed a free return postage ticket.
There is no free return postage!
The policy for returns is poor, old-school and inefficient.
All communications with customers services are via email which is time-consuming and outrageous.
The robotic responses coming all the time. Very frustrating!
I will NEVER EVER buy a product from Boohoo!
