Order hasn’t arrived. “Customer service” demand that I wait 9 more days (yes - a total of 19 days from the date of order) to see if it turns up before they will consider issuing a refund. Customer service reps litter their replies with emojis and refer to me as “mate”. Feels like this company just scams you.
