Boohoo premier next day delivery is a scam and a money making initiative. Customers are promised unlimited next day delivery for a fee... The orders never r arrive the next day. This is always blamed on the courier. I've asked to raise a complaint as this has happened more than once. Customer service offers me 5 pounds as a good will gesture. Then goes on to say do how not how much 5 pounds is...
Like seriously. I'm not after free money, just my item that I paid for and I have boohoo premier subscription for. I think they need to be reported.
