Being a regular boohoo customer, the customer service is just absurd. The delivery is a joke, I ordered something last week and I never received it, now have to wait til I can contact again for my refund, every time I order for next day delivery, I never receive it, it’s either they “lose” it, or it comes a week later! Then they have the cheek to offer a reorder after the item goes out of stock, they don’t offer anything as an apology, just say sorry, your sorry ain’t good enough mate, sort out your delivery service and your customer service. It’s a shame you lost a valued customer because I’m never ordering from here again!!!!!
