Boo-hoo has very horrible customer service. they sent me the wrong item and it took me to literally talk to Six people to figure out their process for returning the item and getting my item. However I returned the item to them and they did nothing about the item that was missing in my order. They don’t know anything about customer satisfaction. they don’t know how to accommodate their customers for errors that were made by their staff. Also all six of the customer service representatives that I emailed back-and-forth with all had different processes for me returning their item. If they were to get all of their representatives on the same page things would move a lot smoother. I found that talking with them through Facebook is better than email in case that helps anyone.
