I have had some trouble with boohoo items I paid £9.99 for the next day delivery for a year and I ordered an item and it took over a week to get here I also got an email saying it had been delivered and it had not and turned up 2 days later , when I ordered another item for next day deliver it didn’t turn up and I emailed boohoo 3 times and they ignored it a week later I got an email form there delivery company saying I had put the wrong address as the driver couldn’t find my house then it wouldn’t let me re enter my address I ended up ringing them and they were quite rude over the phone and I managed to cancel the order and get my money back after 3 week of finding out where my delivery was
